Express post is available to most areas within Australia. Express postage costs vary according to your Postcode and the weight of your parcel, and is calculated automatically at checkout. To obtain an express post estimate simply add all of your items to the cart and use the Shipping Calculator on the cart page. Can I amend or make changes to my order once it has been placed?You may request modifications to your order prior to dispatch by contacting our customer service team immediately at admin@tgtreasures.com.au and advise of the amendment you'd like to make along with your order details. Modifications are limited to exchanging items for different products of equal or greater value. Please note, we will try our best to assist the best we can, however, we are only able to make changes if the order is not yet dispatched. Once the item has left our office, we are unable to make any changes as the package is already on it's way to you or that special someone.

Can I exchange an item I no longer want?We're sorry to hear that you're no longer interested in your purchased item. While we don't offer refunds for change of mind, we do provide exchange options. You can exchange the item for another product of equal or greater value or opt for store credit that never expires. Exchanges Policy: Items can be returned for exchange within 30 days of receipt. The returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged. Approved exchanges will be eligible for store credit only, which will not expire. Jewellery items are exempt from exchanges due to hygiene considerations. Return Process: All returns must be pre-approved. Please contact us at admin@tgtreasures.com.au to initiate a return. Unapproved returns will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policy. Refunds are only available for items that are faulty or damaged upon arrival, pending our inspection and approval. No refunds will be issued for change of mind or non-faulty items. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled for a refund, but customers may request modifications prior order has not already been dispatched.

My order has arrived but is faulty/broken. Can I exchange it or get a refund?We carefully package all products prior to shipping, however if a purchased item is faulty or damaged upon arrival at the delivery address we are happy to offer a replacement (pending on availability) or refund the item. Please contact us at admin@tgtreasures.com.au within 48 hours of receiving the item. Provide your order information, a description of the fault, and clear photos of the damage. We will provide a packing slip for you to return the item to us. The item must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving the order. Upon inspection, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion. Approved refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment. If the original payment method is no longer available or applicable, an alternative refund method may be used at our discretion. Original shipping costs are non-refundable Refunds are only offered for faulty or broken items received upon arrival, subject to our inspection and approval. No refunds will be issued for change of mind or non-faulty items. All returns must be pre-approved and unapproved returns will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
